We have decided to work on a great event for this year. Hopefully this event will take off and we will get some major sponsors for next year and this year. Anyways, we are currently discussing the exact details, if you have input, please let us hear it. So far, here is what we have...

* We would like to give a free gift to people who donate over $100.00 to the event.
* The walk will take place at Smith Field in Ashtabula (pending approval)
* The walk will be a 5K (3.1 miles). Since 3 trips around Smith Field is 1 Mile, 9 trips will complete the walk.
* We are discussing a small entry fee to cover costs associated with having the event and making sure we have some type of donations. The entry fee should not exceed $25.00.
* The date for the walk will be tentatively on Sunday, December 9th, 2007 at Noon. Check-ins and day-of registrations will take place starting at 9am.
* The unofficial name for the event will be "The Xtreme Browns Backers Polar Walk for Breast Cancer".
* The Browns play the NY Jets at 4:15pm that day so there will be plenty of time to get the walk in and make it to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the game.
* Xtreme Browns Backer registration will be taking place as well. Any fan wanting to sign-up can do so at the event as well as afterwards at BWW. Single membership: $10.00; Family Membership: $15.00.
* Buffalo Wild Wings will be the official location of the "After-Walk Party". More on this coming soon...
* Any sponsor willing to donate products or time to this event, please let us know. We are in desperate need of help and sponsors.
